Our new Cryogenic de-flashing machine is one of the most advanced of its kind in the world. Fed from a 1,700 litre tank of liquid nitrogen, it can freeze components to -130°C and then 'shot blast' them with beads to remove the now-brittle flash. This computer-controlled machine has made the essential cleaning process faster, more efficient and more effective than ever.

DP Seals has five product-specific cleaning systems installed: two cryogenic deflashing units and three water-based rotary deflashing units. So, whatever the nature or composition of your finished product, we'll make sure it's free from flash and other defects.
